Appraiser eLearning is a provider of online continuing education courses for the appraisal and real estate industry. We offer quality online courses to appraisers that require continuing education credits (CEU and CEUs) as a part of their license renewal. To create a student account, all you need to do is purchase a course (or courses). New Students For new students, once you purchase you will automatically receive a Course Enrollment Email with your login information and instructions. Course Enrollment Emails should appear within 5-10 minutes after purchase is complete. *Please be sure to check your spam and junk folders if you do not see your course enrollment email. Existing Students If you have taken classes with us before, this means you are an existing student and you’ve already created a student account. To order new courses, simply add your desired course(s) to your shopping cart and “proceed to checkout.” Upon successful purchase, your course(s) will automatically be unlocked in your account and you will login with your existing username and password. *If you don’t know your username and/or password, you can click “Forgot Password” to email yourself a reset link. Registration To register, simply add your desired course(s) to your cart and purchase using your debit or credit card. Be sure to type your email, first name, and last name completely and correctly, as these will be used to automatically create your student account. Upon purchase, you will automatically be enrolled and you will receive two emails- (1) An Order Receipt and (2) a Course Enrollment Email with your username and password. *Receipts and Course Enrollment Emails will appear in your inbox within 5-10 minutes after completing purchase. Please be sure to check your spam and junk folders if you do not see these emails. Taking Your Course To sign into your student account and access your courses, you can click the student log in portal on the top right of this page, or follow the link sent to you via email. Our live-virtual courses are hosted via Zoom video meetings. The course materials in your student account will include the Zoom link that you will use to register for and access the live Zoom meeting on class day. Be sure to click the Zoom link, complete the Zoom registration page, and join the meeting at least 30 minutes prior to class time in order to get into the meeting and go through the check in process.
